A key workshop convened on 28th January at the Presidential Secretariat to assess the 2025 progress of training programs under the 'Clean Sri Lanka' National Program and outline ambitious plans for 2026. Organized at the provincial level, these initiatives target three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) drivers in the tourism sector, aiming to boost their ethical standards and service quality.

The session finalized forward looking strategies, including a second phase rollout for 2025 trainees and onboarding new drivers to sustain momentum.
High profile attendees included Senior Additional Secretary to the President (Finance and Economic Affairs) Mr. G.M.R.D. Aponsu, Additional Secretary to the President (Clean Sri Lanka) Eng. S.P.C.
