Mobile Public Service Program Advances Clean Sri Lanka Initiative in Kilinochchi

Under the theme "A Happy Country – Clean Sri Lanka from Village to Village" the latest phase of the Clean Sri Lanka mobile public service program was successfully conducted at the Pachiilapalli Divisional Secretariat in Kilinochchi District.

Organized by the Pachiilapalli Divisional Secretariat with coordination from the Clean Sri Lanka Secretariat and the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, the event was inaugurated under the leadership of Mr. T. Jayasilan, Divisional Secretary of Pachiilapalli.

The program offered a wide range of services to the public, including those provided by the Registrar General's Department, land-related services, the Department of Registration of Persons, local government authorities, the police, the Department of Social Services, motor vehicle registration and licensing, pension-related services, and other departmental services.

The occasion was attended by key officials, including the Kilinochchi District Additional District Secretary, Assistant District Secretary, Deputy Chairman of the Pachiilapalli Pradeshiya Sabha, divisional secretariat officers, coordinators of district and regional coordination committees, heads and officers of departments involved in mobile services, as well as a large number of citizens participating to access the offered services.

This initiative exemplifies the Clean Sri Lanka program’s commitment to bringing government services closer to the people while fostering a cleaner, better-governed country from village to village.
