The provincial inauguration of the NextGen Leaders program took place on October 29 at Anuradhapura Pusiyankulama Maha Vidyalaya in the North Central Province, under the patronage of the Provincial Governor, Hon. Wasantha Jinadasa. Organized under the national Clean Sri Lanka initiative, this event marked a significant step in the nationwide effort to develop positive attitudes and leadership skills among schoolchildren.

Aligned with the national vision, the program attracted 100 students from 10 schools within the Anuradhapura educational zone, highlighting the province’s commitment to nurturing future leaders. The event was honored by the presence of key figures including the Provincial Secretary of Education and Chief Ministry, Mr. K.M.H.S.K. Jayalath, and the Provincial Director of Education, Mr. S.S.W. Samarakoon, along with teachers, parents, and students.
